Dr. Vass, originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, brings over two decades of experience, leadership, and service to her role as Medical Director. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993 before attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she graduated with her medical degree in 1997. She went on to complete a rigorous four-year residency in Emergency Medicine and has been board-certified in the specialty ever since.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Vass proudly served in the Air National Guard in Pittsburgh throughout her medical training, ultimately retiring from the U.S. Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel and Chief of Aerospace Medicine. Over her 26 years of military service, she had the honor of caring for service members both at home and overseas, embodying dedication, precision, and compassion.

Today, Dr. Vass is the founder of ER2You, a mobile urgent care and primary care service that brings quality, patient-centered medical care directly to homes, workplaces, and communities. Known for her calm presence, quick thinking, and unwavering commitment to patient well-being, she is as passionate about personalized, accessible care as she is about advancing the future of medicine.
