Ashley Granieri is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 2015. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from SUNY New Paltz, and went on to complete her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY.

With a diverse clinical background spanning emergency medicine, critical care, urgent care, and primary care, Ashley brings a wealth of medical knowledge and hands-on experience to her patients. She continues to practice in these areas, staying deeply rooted in evidence-based medicine.

Ashley co-founded Covalence Medical & Aesthetics with a vision to integrate direct primary care, functional and aesthetic medicine into a cohesive, preventative approach to health. She believes in working closely with each client to develop personalized wellness plans that enhance both how they feel and how they look

Outside of her professional life, Ashley is a passionate long-distance runner, a proud mother of two young children, and has been happily married to her husband for over a decade. In 2019, her family made the move from New York to beautiful Sarasota, Florida, where she’s excited to practice her expertise and care in the local community.
